Which one is the latest again?
In TeamGong versions stack up under one file, and there is only ever one latest.
Three days after the meeting
TeamGong writes the meeting down and keeps what was decided and what to do.
The silence the night before it's due
Every box you tick moves the progress bar on its own.

Have the meeting.
Leave the writing to us
- Transcription with speakers separated. You can see who said what.
- A summary of what was decided and what to do. It arrives when the meeting ends.
- Turn a to-do into a task right there. People pick who does it, not the AI.
We prompt you to tell everyone before recording starts.

Frequently asked questions
Does the AI just make the whole plan for us?
It only proposes a draft. Write a line in the “What's the project?” box, or paste the assignment brief, and you get tasks and dates counted back from the deadline — nothing is created until you tap Create this . If you don't like it, write a line in Change this and it's redrawn.
How do we handle consent for recording a meeting?
The rule is to tell everyone in the room before you start, and the app prompts you to. The original audio is deleted as soon as the notes are made. Only text stays.
What can I use it on?
A web browser, iPhone or Android, all in the same team space. Pick up on the bus what you were looking at on a library PC.
How is this different from a group chat?
Keep chatting where you already chat. TeamGong isn't somewhere to retype your conversation — it holds what you decidedfrom there through to handing it in. You can copy a status summary and paste it back into the chat.
Is our team's material safe?
Tasks, files and meeting notes in a team space are visible only to that team, and access is checked on the server. Things you can't undo, like deleting a file, are limited to whoever uploaded it and the team leads.
Can we start right now?
